Tickets available: Clay Pigeon Simulated Game Day in support to the Milton Abbey Toby Mann Fund

Many of you will know of the Toby Mann Fund, set up by Toby’s parents following the tragic death of their son during his gap year in 2004.  The Toby Mann Fund has enabled many children at Milton Abbey to flourish academically and pastorally.

The Mann family are holding a Clay Pigeon Simulated Game Day in aid of the Toby Mann Fund on 2nd July 2017.   This is an opportunity to shoot in the stunning surroundings of Knowle Farm in Bowerchalke, near Salisbury.

Using the natural topography of the farm, this simulated game day is set to challenge even the most capable shots with some other competitive elements thrown in.

The day will run as a normal day's shooting would with clays throughout the day fired from automatic traps high above the guns’ heads.   Starting at 10am with tea/coffee and a briefing, there will be three drives, a team shooting competition and a BBQ followed by an award ceremony. There will also be a sweep stake for the overall number of clays hit for competition
There are eight pegs which can be bought individually or in teams of up to four people - teams are recommended due to the volume of shooting!   Each team will be assigned a counter for the competitive part of the day who will count the number of clays hit by each team.

Each peg of 1-4 guns will cost £350 per team, for non-shooters we suggest a donation of £10 to cover food and beverages throughout the day.

Jane Mann writes, “We do expect this day to be in high demand so we require a £75 deposit to secure your team and the remaining £275 on or before the 2nd July. Please book your place by emailing knowlefarm@btinternet.com”

Nb.  The price does not include cartridges, if you need cartridges please give a minimum of 3 weeks’ notice.

The Mann family will supply beer and wine for the BBQ and prize giving and very much hope to see you on 2nd July.
