Start the morning with a welcome from our Headmaster and Student Leadership Team, then enjoy guided tours in small groups led by our Third Form and Sixth Form students. Explore the subjects, activities and facilities that matter most to you, at your own pace.
Pupils will develop their skills and knowledge through hands-on learning, inside the classroom and the kitchen. The modules studied are ‘Introducing Hospitality’, ‘Planning, Preparing, Cooking & Finishing Food’, ‘Food Safety and Health & Safety’, ‘Working in Hospitality’.
