The ISI (Independent Schools Inspectorate) is the Government-approved body responsible for the inspection of independent schools.
We are pleased to share our most recent inspection reports over the last 10 years below, including our latest inspection visit in 2026.
February 2026 Routine School Inspection
We The report, attached below, shows all the regulations were met and contains 57 points of commentary about leadership & governance, education, wellbeing, social contribution and safeguarding.
Summary points are, in order of publication:
- ‘Leaders ensure that the promotion of pupils’ wellbeing is central to their decision-making.’
- ‘Governors provide effective support and challenge school leaders through regular contact.’
- ‘Teaching is effective. Pupils who have SEND have their particular needs met effectively.’
- ‘The school’s curriculum is well planned…vocational and traditional academic subjects are available.’
- ‘Behaviour management is effective overall and staff and pupils maintain positive relationships with each other.’
- ‘Pupils benefit from a well-structured careers programme.’
- ‘Boarding is well-run and staffed with suitably trained and experienced staff. Boarders are provided with a high level of support for their physical and emotional needs.’
- ‘Parents are kept informed of their child’s progress and as a result are supportive of the leadership of the school.’
