Iain Saker (Chairman and 3rd Form Representative)
Iain lives in Blandford, with his wife Kate and their two sons: Harry is in the Lower Sixth at Milton Abbey and Charlie has just started at Radley. Iain is a serving army officer, with a background in tanks and reconnaissance, and he is currently running a small team delivering tactical communications systems in support of operations in Afghanistan. Iain’s interests include sailing and Telemark skiing.

Philippa Hughes (4th Form Representative)
Philippa lives in Devon with her husband Sebastian who is an old Miltonian. They have two sons and their eldest, Henry, is in year 5. Philippa and Sebastian manage self-catering cottages, a meat delivery business and livestock farm from their Dartmoor home. Philippa’s interests include breeding and breaking Dartmoor ponies, riding and cycling.

Emma Leschallas (5th Form Representative)
Emma lives near Tetbury in Gloucestershire and is married to William. She has two sons at Milton Abbey, Henry in Middle Sixth and Archie who is in the 4th form. Emma is the founder and Managing Director of the charitable fundraising website ‘Giving Lots’. She also is an antique dealer with a shop in Tetbury. When she’s not running both businesses and chasing around after her children she enjoys reading, yoga and surfing.

Peter Everard (Lower 6th Form Representative)
Peter lives in Farnham, Blandford, with his wife Stephanie and their children, three of whom still live at home and four who have their own careers. Thomas is the youngest and he’s in the 4th form at Milton Abbey. Peter and Stephanie own and run Dunning and Everard Ltd, Stephanie Dunning Interior Design and The English Joinery Company. Peter was born and brought up in Kenya, with an initial career in the British Army. He served five years with the Parachute Regiment (’72 to ’76) followed by four years in Oman running the Parachute Training School and P Company for SAF. His interests include all sporting activities, restoration of old buildings and the politics of African States!

Henrietta Monier-Williams (Middle 6th Form Representative)
Henri lives in Tolpuddle 7 miles from Milton Abbey and has had connections with the school for many years. She is married to Marcus, who has just been recruited to Milton Abbey as the Duke of Edinburgh Awards Scheme co-ordinator. Henri has a son, Will Ferreira, who is in lower sixth under the watchful eye of Simon Kibler and also has two-step children, Hattie, who has just completed her IB programme and Jake, who is doing carpentry and joinery at Weymouth College. Henri has just been approved as a Foster Carer, owns a Property Maintenance business and her interests include riding, skiing, tennis and sculpture.

Kemi Balogun (Overseas Representative)
Kemi lives in Lagos, Nigeria with her husband Bolaji, an investment banker They have 5 children. Their first son Michael is in the 4th form at Milton Abbey and his twin Michele attends Benenden School. Kemi is an early childhood educator and runs a pre-school in Lagos. A very active parent in her children's schools, Kemi served for 4 years on the school board of the American International School, Lagos (the school has over 800 students, spanning 45 nationalities) and is the current PTO president at the school. She loves to travel and enjoys spending time in her homes in London and New Jersey.
