Milton Abbey was on track at the Dorset Championships held at Ashdown Track, Canford Heath, Poole on Saturday 16th June
Senior Boys
Charlie Homer came 2nd in the 100 metres in a time of 11.8
Henry Leschallas 2nd in the long jump (5m 71) and 3rd in the 200 metres 23.5 seconds.
Rory Edwards 4th in the 400 metres, 56.3 seconds
Junior Boys
Calum O’Neill ran a solid race in the 1500 metres final battling against the elements and beat his previous personal best recording a time of 5min. 38.6 seconds whilst Hugo Hunt gave a solid performance of the hurdles in a field of eight runners.
These results represent impressive performances and credit must go to our athletes for their determination and impeccable conduct throughout the championships.
