Married to Victoria (Tory), and with a 2 young children. Marcus is an Old Miltonian and teaches Countryside Management and Public Services to the Sixth Form. He coaches the 2nd XV rugby team and under-14s cricket. His interests include shooting (he is master-in-charge of the school shoot), golf, cricket, tennis and following Welsh rugby.
