School Inspection Reports

In December 2009, Milton Abbey faced an inspection from Ofsted. The overall report judged Milton Abbey to be good in it’s boarding provision, with outstanding qualities in helping children achieve well and it’s organisation. Further to which, during the Michaelmas term 2010, Milton Abbey School underwent an Independent School Inspectorate (ISI) Standard Inspection.

The report explained that the quality of the pupils’ overall achievement is good; their attainment in external examinations and the progress made are satisfactory and they achieve a high level of success in their extra-curricular and sporting activities and that he high level of pupils’ personal development meets the school’s aim of finding a spark that will light a passion in every pupil.
