News & Info > Visit to Harry Dunlop Racing Visit to Harry Dunlop Racing Milton Abbey's Countryside Management and Equine pupils enjoyed a visit to Harry and Christina Dunlop's racing yard in Lambourn yesterday. After an early start from Dorset, the group enjoyed watching Harry’s horses on the gallops and seeing how busy the Lambourn gallops can be. The weather was perfect and we got to also view the jumps schooling area and see the gallops maintenance teams working. On return to the yard we were treated to bacon rolls before touring the yard facilities and meeting the horses. Highlights included watching horses swim in the equine pool and exploring the ‘racing room’ that houses the racing silks of all the owners and equipment needed on race days.
