News & Info > Milton Abbey Parents' Association (MASPA) Lunch Milton Abbey Parents' Association (MASPA) Lunch Parents of new pupils in the Third and Fourth Forms met in London for lunch at the Polish Club's Ognisko Restaurant on Thursday 21st September. It was a great opportunity for everyone to meet each other, chat with the Headmaster and Camilla, find out more about how their children have been settling in and enjoy a delicious lunch in beautiful surroundings. The week before a big group of ex-Milton Abbey parents, whose children left after their Middle Sixth year in the summer, also got together at the Polish Club for a reunion with another planned before Christmas. There are some really varied MASPA events this term which we hope you will enjoy: in nearby Witshire there is a private preview of an 'Emerging British Artists' exhibition near Tisbury on 5th October, followed by a private tour of Charleston House in Sussex and then the return of the popular MASPA yoga retreat, this time kindly hosted by Sarah Kowitz at her home, Fairlight Hall also in Sussex. There are spaces available on all these events and please do feel free to bring a friend along too. As winter approaches we have an early taste of Alpine activity and cuisine for you - an evening at the brilliant Chel-Ski in London. Who could resist a go on their state of the art ski slopes or a more leisurely supper and drinks in their cosy Alpine bar overlooking the slopes? This is on 9th November, please book early so we can hold our reservation at this is a busy time of year for Chel-Ski. Finally the annual Christmas Lunch on 30th November, complete with a festive discount card from Monica Vinader, is sure to be popular once again so be sure to reserve your places in good time.
