On Friday 2 February our Lower Sixth had the opportunity to hear from four former pupils and a special guest, who were able to pass on their experience of working successfully in a wide range of different careers, during a Careers 'Speed-Dating' session. Pupils were split into groups and had twenty-minute sessions with each of the speakers which included: Graham Hatherley – nature film cameraman (Bancks, 1983-88) Matthew Noyce – wealth management advisor with Coutt’s (Damer, 1987-92) Simon Forrester – retired marketing and advertising executive (Athelstan, 1962-67) Robert Copeland – procurement manager with G4S (Damer 1989-94) Our special guest was Fiona Leacock, of Leacock Aircraft Sales, an international company based in Dorset. We are very grateful to her for joining us, and to all five of our guests for giving of their time, experience and knowledge.
