News & Info > Enterprise Workshop with Johnnie Boden Enterprise Workshop with Johnnie Boden On Friday 9 October we were privileged to welcome Johnnie Boden, leader of this year's 'Entrepreneur in Residence' competition, who ran a workshop session with our BTEC Enterprise and Entrepreneurship pupils. The two-hour workshop session saw Johnnie split the group into teams and challege each team with a business-related dilemma or situation to overcome. The teams spent time discussing their ideas before presenting to the whole group, and Johnnie was able to relate many of the individual scenarios to real-life experience of developing his highly successful Boden brand. Before the session finished, Johnnie gave some valuable advice to those entering this year's 'Entrepreneur in Residence' competition, and wished them luck with their entries. Johnnie's next visit will be on Friday 27 November when he will be delivering a lecture in the New Barn Theatre (click here to register for tickets).
