Beliefs

Milton Abbey School is a Church of England school with a full-time chaplain. The abbey church is the dominant architectural and spiritual feature, and our community values are Christian values.

Chapel services are held five times a week, and school or house assemblies on other days. For those with any faith, or none, these are times for peaceful reflection.

Once a year, during the Spring Term, pupils who wish to be confirmed into the Church of England can join preparation classes. The confirmation service takes place shortly before Easter.

The Great South Window within Milton Abbey was designed by Augustus Pugin in 1847
